Clients often tell me that they appreciate my calm presence, my ability to listen deeply, and the way I make even the most overwhelming emotions feel manageable. They describe me as steady, patient, and grounded—someone who offers practical tools while also holding space for the parts of their story that feel tender or complicated.
In my work with adults, I have been successful in helping people break old patterns, including OCD, anxiety, excessive worry, intrusive thoughts, and the lingering impact of trauma. I’m committed to supporting adults as they learn to regulate their emotions, interrupt self-defeating cycles, and build healthier, more empowered lives.
For decades, I’ve also worked with children and families, helping them strengthen resilience and create more meaningful connections in all their relationships. Whether your child is experiencing difficulties at school or at home, I can help. I have extensive experience supporting children through anxiety, depression, bullying, transitions, and emotional or behavioral challenges. I also specialize in strengthening executive-functioning skills and improving communication within families.
My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every person has the capacity to heal when they feel truly seen, understood, and supported.

Life can feel overwhelming at any age.
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe to be yourself, in a place without judgment. Together, we’ll look at what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re a teen navigating school and identity, an adult facing stress or relationship challenges, or a senior adjusting to life transitions, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist who works with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I strive to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure where to begin or whether therapy will even help.
My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you better understand yourself, develop effective tools, and move toward the life you want to live.
I often work with young adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and questions of identity or purpose. Many of my clients are highly functioning on the outside but feel anxious, burned out, or uncertain on the inside. We will work together to make sense of these experiences and create sustainable change.
